Prithviraj back to college

Prithviraj, one of the busiest heroes (who has a strong fan base amongst college girls) in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu with a series of offers, is to play the role of a college student in the upcoming movie to be directed by Deepan, whose debut film was the political movie The Leader with look-alikes of top Congress leaders in the state.

The Leader was about a college campus and the impact that political events have on students. This time too, Deepan, the main associate of ace director Shaji Kailas, is planning to depict a musical campus love story, in the backdrop of a self-financing engineering college.

The names of other cast and crew of the movie have not yet finalized. However, it is heard that the movie will be scripted by M. Sindhuraj, after his recent Dileep movie Mulla. Produced by Batheista Productions, shooting will begin by August.

Shafi's super-hit Chocolate was Prithviraj's last campus movie with Roma, Ramya, Samvrutha and Jayasurya in the cast. It depicted the story of a young guy who gets admission in a women's college. Meanwhile, Prithviraj will start working in his first direct film in Telugu very soon.
