Shwetha turns unwed mother

Actress Shwetha Menon would play the role of the unwed mother of a young man named Ravi, played by Suresh Gopi in the forthcoming Laptop. The movie, directed by debutante Rupesh Pal and produced by E.A. Joseprakash, is based on mother-son sentiments. It also stars Padmapriya in a pivotal role.

Shwetha Menon has been on the lookout for more challenging roles in Malayalam. She was seen portraying Mohanlal's wife in Paradesi. She is eagerly waiting for Akashgopuram, her next release with Mohanlal, directed by K.P. Kuamaran.
