Veruthe Oru Bharya consolidates its position

Veruthe Oru Bharya, directed by Akku Akbar with Jayaram and Gopika in lead roles, has been getting a rather good response from audiences in its initial days of release. Now, reports say that the film shows clear signs of emerging a winner at the box office.

As per reports, the characters are well developed; Jayaram and Gopika have performed their respective parts very convincingly. The situations, songs and the well worked-out climax too are suited to the tastes of family audiences.

"Veruthe Oru Bharya, one of those brilliant mainstream crowd-pleasers, grabs you from the first frame to the last. It's a lively, smartly directed, hard-hitting endeavour that recounts its message-in-a-bottle in a different, although barely unique manner," a review said.

It seems that Jayaram's acting career is likely to get the much-needed pep with Veruthe Oru Bharya, produced by Salavuddin under the banner of Cinema Kottaka and marketed by Pyramid Saimira.
