Vimala coming back for good

Vimala Raman is always lucky. That's the reason why she became the only actress in Mollywood to sign five projects even before the release of her first film. She was lucky enough to act with all the superstars in Malayalam within the first ten months of her career.

Starting with Suresh Gopi in Time, with Mammootty in Nasrani, with Jayaram in Sooriyan and with Mohanlal in College Kumaran, Vimala definitely did her best to live up to the characters, but was left with very few offers after that.

Challenging the fate with more determination, the pretty actress is now planning to come back with her new release Apoorva to be directed by debutant Nidhin Parthasarathy. The movie will feature Jagathy, Innocent and Tamil star Senthil in key roles. Shooting will begin by the end of this month at Palakkad.
