Ananya cannot afford to forsake her 'Kozhi'

Who can afford to forget the bubbly and chirpy Nallamma of Nadodigal. The Malayalee girl Ananya had breathed much life into the character and had given it a new look hitherto unseen and unheard. Though Ananya had acted in several Malayalam movies like Positive, Rahasiya Puli and Fiddle, it was the Tamil movie Nadodigal which catapulted her to fame and glory.

Ananya is known for her fine choice of movies based on good scripts. Though she was offered many glamorous roles, the actress politely turned them down, as those are definitely not her cup of tea. For one who gives importance to performance, gravity is more important than glamour. Therefore she knew very well what she was heading for when she said that there would be others who could fit the bill.

Ananya is currently involved in the documentary Kozhi and it requires special mention that this young actress had earlier received the special jury award for her performance in another documentary.
