Angel John to hit the screens on October 8

Malayalam movie Angel John with Mohanlal playing a key cameo role is all set for a release on October 8. The movie features Shanthanoo Bhagyaraj in the lead hero role. The movie which was to release on October 2nd had to be delayed to the prior reports of Pazhassi Raja also releasing on the same day.

However, now that Pazhassi Raja would face delay in release, Mohanlal and Antony Perumbavoor of Maxlab has decided to go ahead and release the movie on October 8 in Kerala. The movie is by director Jayasurya and it is said to convey a good message. The movie also has Sudha Chandran of the Mayuri fame in a key role. Shanthanoo is the son of the artiste couple Bhagyaraj and Poornima.
