Dileep is the new Sevens football star

Dileep is heading for different terrains of experience. If he had essayed the role of a news journalist who worked during the time when there were no mobiles, then his upcoming Malayalam movie is to be centred around sports. The Sevens football which is famous in the Malabar region would form the backdrop of this movie. Kalavor Ravikumar is in charge of the script of the movie. Biju Arookutty, who has worked as associate director is the director of this movie.

The football craze which has engulfed two generations in a village and led to many problems and tensions is the binding theme of the movie. Even when the movie revolves around the Sevens football, it does give importance to the family relationships and values. This is the second time that Dileep is essaying the role of a sport star. Earlier he had essayed the role of an athlete in Speed Track by Jayasurya. The shooting will commence once Swantham Lekhakan is completed.
