Dileep, the journalist in Swa Le

Dileep is planning to make inroads into serious characters with his role of a journalist in P.Sukumaran"s Swa Le, the abbreviated form of Swantham Lekhakan (Our Correspondent). The movie is to be produced by Madhu Warrier, the brother of Manju Warrier along with P.Sukumaran under the banner of Colour Factory.

The film is slated to be a Christmas release for Dileep and must say the actor is leaving no stone unturned, now that the audiences are demanding more from him. Slap-stick comedy is no longer the order of the day. With Calcutta News and Passenger, Dileep has made the first move. The heroine for the film is yet to be decided.
