Actress
Geethu
Mohandas
has
always
sought
to
tread
the
path
less
travelled.
She
has
always
talked
vociferously
of
her
dream
to
become
a
film
director.
And
now
it
seems
that
she
has
fulfilled
her
dream
through
her
short
film
Kelkkunundo?
The
movie
was
lately
premiered
in
the
city
capital.
The
movie
which
has
running
time
of
22
minutes
features
a
five
year
old
blind
girl
Hasna
of
the
Aluva
Blind
school,
Kerala.
It
narrates
the
travails
of
the
small
blind
girl.
The
premiere
show
was
graced
by
many
famous
filmmakers
like
Adoor
Gopalakrishnan,
Rajeev
Nath,
Shyamaprasad,
Lenin
Rajendran
and
others.
With
B
Ajithkumar
of
the
editing
and
the
script
by
Geethu
herself,
Kelkkunundo
definitely
has
a
point
to
make.
Geethu
is
enthusiastic
about
project
as
she
says,
''Actually
I
was
planning
to
shoot
one
in
Hindi
with
Konkona
Sen
Sharma,
as
the
heroine
for
my
debut
flick
as
a
director.
Though
I
have
completed
the
scripts
for
the
movie,
I
didn't
get
the
right
producer.
That
was
why,
I
switched
over
to
this
relatively
smaller
project.
Anyway
I
will
be
starting
this
Hindi
project,
in
a
short
while''.
