completed
its
entire
shooting
in
and
around
Thodupuzha.
The
actor
is
pinning
high
hopes
on
this
film,
which
is
scripted
by
K.
Gireesh
Kumar
of
Veruthe
Oru
Bharya,
Jayaram's
much-celebrated
comeback
film
in
2008.
Samasathakeralam
P.O.
is
a
family-based
entertainer
in
which
Jayaram
plays
the
role
of
a
Gandhian
named
Prabhakaran,
who
dares
to
question
the
wrongdoings
of
both
the
ruling
party
as
well
as
the
opposition
in
Thonnoorkkara
village.
The
film
revolves
around
some
surprising
happenings
in
Prabhakaran's
life.
Actress
Priyanka
of
the
critically-acclaimed
Veyyil
(Tamil)
and
newcomer
Sera
are
the
heroines.
Also
in
the
cast
are
Jagathy
Sreekumar,
Jagadish,
Janardhanan,
Suraj
Venjaramoodu,
Salim
Kumar,
Kalabhavan,
Shaju,
Prajodh,
Ershad
and
others.
M.
Jayachandran
has
set
music
to
lyrics
written
by
Vayalar
Sarath
Chandra
Varma.
Rajaratnam
wields
the
camera
while
Ranjan
Abraham
handles
the
editing.
Produced

Howley
Pottoor
under
the
banner
of
Dream
Team
Productions,
the
film
is
expected
to
release
by
January
end.
Meanwhile,
Jayaram
will
soon
don
a
double
role
in
an
untitled
film
directed
by
veteran
K.
Madhu
(maker
of
many
investigative
thrillers
in
Malayalam)
and
scripted
by
S.N.
Swamy,
the
man
behind
the
script
of
Mohanlal's
upcoming
Sagar
Alias
Jackie
-
Reloaded.
The
shooing
will
start
soon.
In
the
meantime,
Jayaram
will
also
work
on
ace
director
Sathyan
Anthikkad's
untitled
film,
which
is
expected
to
start
rolling
from
February
1
in
Allapuzha.
