Kalabhavan Mani promoted as Home Minister

Kalabhavan Mani has got yet another promotion. He is the newly appointed Home Minister. Well, do not jump to any conclusions as our hero has not joined politics. This is apparently a character that he will be seen essaying in the film Carribbeans. Produced by Nandakumar for Nandana films, Carribbeans is directed by Irshad.

Vishwanathan (Kalabhavan Mani ) is a popular minister among the common people. A man of principles and integrity, he fights against injustice with the support of his close friend, a police oficer (Siddique). Together they try to do away with many of the evils that have crept into the society.

Sindhu Menon appears in the role of Ganga, the wife of minister Vishwanathan, while Swetha Menon comes onscreen as the beautiful girl born and brought up in Singapore. Apart from these popular artistes, veterans like Jagathy Sreekumar, Sai Kumar, Janardhanan, Devan and others can also be seen in key roles in the movie.
