MACTA is gearing up for another agitation

The MACTA and FEFKA have always been at loggerheads, but of late MACTA federation has been maintaining a low profile. Now MACTA under the leadership of President Director Vinayan is planning another agitation against FEFKA.

The MACTA accuses FEFKA of denying work to the members of the MACTA federations. Vinayan feels that FEFKA is denying employment to its needed members. Therefore they have decided to stop the production activities of the films which are going on in major locations.

Vinayan also feels that the recognition that FEFKA got from the Indian Film Employees" Confederation (IFEC) to grant affiliation to MACTA has been put aside as some of the members from Malayalam film fraternity has objected to this move. Anyway Vinayan is preparing for another battle in the film industry.
