Mamta Mohandas withdraws from Malaylam movies

Mamta Mohandas has withdrawn from several Malayalam projects, following severe fever. Mamta's mother said to the media, “As her doctors have advised Mamta to stay away from work courtesy the swine flu scare, she is taking rest at home. She is getting well now." Swine flu scare has caused much panic as well.

Mamta who had agreed to do two Malayalam movies, was forced to withdraw from them due to non-stop fever. Mamta has received much acclaim after the success of the Malayalam movie Passenger with Dileep and Sreenivasan in the lead role.

Other filmmakers have also been suffering due to the scary swine flu. The crew of Ajith's much awaited movie Asal had to abandon their foreign shoot, so also the Telugu film Sankham, featuring Gopichand and Trisha in the lead role
