Mohanlal, the Maveli for Onam

Mohanlal, whose kitty is brimming with films, has taken some time out for a guest appearance in a new movie. He has about 20 minutes of screen time and will be seen as a criminal lawyer with Sureshgopi, Biju Menon and Harisree Asokan. The movie moves along the lines of a crime thriller and there are many interesting and thrilling moments in the film.

Onam has been special for superstar Mohanlal, with the Kerala government honouring him during the celebrations. What has been really notworthy was the cultural fest that followed the celebrations. Many actors like Maniyan Pillai Raju, Siddique and others introduced the actor"s career to the audience over the decades. Many talented singers and other artistes put up a grand show based on songs and dances from Mohanlal"s movies.
