Mohanlal to be Devdutt Narasimhan

Mohanlal is all set to take on the new role made for him. He is to play the role of Devdutt Narasimhan, a criminal lawyer in the upcoming Malayalam movie Janakan with Sureshgopi and Jyothirmayi in the lead roles. Directed by N R Sanjeev, Janakan has its script by the much acclaimed S N Swamy.

In this movie Janakan, Mohanlal plays a cameo role and will be seen for just as much about 20 minutes in the film. SN Swamy aptly comments, “Mohanlal is a brilliant criminal lawyer who has to save Sureshgopi and his friends accused of a murder with the police on their track." Biju Menon and Harisree Asokan will be seen in two pivotal roles as well.

Meanwhile Mohanlal"s latest release Unnaipol Oruvan has been garnering rave reviews for the actor.
