Neeraj
Pandey.
Now,
it
is
confirmed
that
it
would
not
be
Mammootty,
but
Mohanlal.
If
this
happens,
it
could
be
one
of
the
most
interesting
partnerships
in
Indian
cinema.
Kamal
Hassan
will
play
the
lead,
the
role
essayed
by
Naseeruddin
Shah
in
the
original,
while
Mohanlal
will
play
the
role
of
the
police
officer
played
by
Anupam
Kher.
The
remaining
cast
and
crew
of
the
film
are
not
yet
confirmed.
Kamal
Hassan
is
reportedly
in
talks
with
UTV
Productions
for
making
this
film.

currently
finalizing
the
director
for

remake.

the

in
his
career
and
how
he
tackled
it.

the
film
marks
the
return
of
the
Anupam
