Mohanlal and Shankar are back together!

Mohanlal and Shankar were two of the most sought after stars of the 1980s. Mohanlal and Shanakr had made their debut years back through the much acclaimed movie Manjil Virinja Pookkal. Though Shankar was the hero and Mohanlal was the villain, Fate had decided otherwise for the two in real life. Mohanlal went onto to become the superstar in the film industry, while Shankar slowly faded away into the oblivion.

Shankar is back after a long hiatus and with none other than Mohanlal in the upcoming Malayalam movie Ivide Swargam Aanu by director Roshan Andrews. The shooting for this movie has already commenced and many hope that this would mark a strong comeback for Shanakr who is badly in need of a major break. So too the audiences are eagerly waiting to see their once favourite team back on the silver screen.
