Mohanlal to star in Shikaar

After the movie Angel John, Mohanlal is now to be screened in Shikaar. The film is all about the deep relation of a father and daughter. Mohahlal plays the role of the father named Balaraman in the film. Naadodigal fame Ananya is cast as the daughter. M Padmakumar, the director said that the movie is a revenge story that happens in the life of a working class.

The story is some way similar to the one Lal did in Bhramaram. S Suresh Babu is the script writer. Other casts in the film includes Jagathy, Mukesh, Nanditha Das, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Thalaivasal Vijay and Suraj Venjaaramoodu. The Pooja of the film was held in Kochi last week and the shoot is proposed to start by the first week of March.
