Sureshgopi turns Postman

Malayalam movie Shakespeare M A Malayalam by debutant film makers, Shaji Azeez and Shaiju Anthikkad had garnered much response. Shaiju Anthikkad then turned independent director with the movie Oru Black and White Kudumbam, and now Shaji Azeez is also following the suit and he is turning independent director through the upcoming Malayalam movie Oridathoru Postman.

Oridathoru Postman features Sureshgopi, Kunchacko Boban and Kalabhavan Mani in the lead roles. The movie revolves around the life of a lazy postman and it is set against the back drop of a idyllic village. As the title goes, the movie has a humourous vein and this will be also a re-launch pad for Ananya of Subramaniapuram fame as heroine. Innocent, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Biju Kuttan are the others who will be playing key roles in the movie. The movie has been scripted by K GirishKumar.
