Joshy Mathew's Theevandi released

Patham Nilayile theeevandi was released without much notice. The film cast Innocent in the lead role. It is a different story that deals with the mentally affected patients suffering from schizophrenia.

Innocent comes as Sankaran in this movie who is suffering from the disease but still waiting for letters from his son.Jayasurya cast the role of the son. Anoop Menon and Meera Nandan are also seen in the movie. Vinod Illampally makes his debut as the cinematographer through this movie. S P Venkatesh scores music for the film.
