Shobhana's Maya Ravan in Malayasia

Talented danseuse and actress Shobhana"s dance ballet, Maya Ravan will be staged in Malayasia. The show, which was recently appreciated by Kamal Haasan, has been conceived, interpreted and choreographed by Shobhana herself.

The show"s idea is to spread the Ramayana among foreign audiences. The show"s narrators are artistes from Mumbai and Chennai. The proceeds from the show in Malaysia will be donated to the Malaysian Association for the Blind.

Shobhana who has acted in several Malayalam movies has become very selective of late, choosing only those characters, which would really offer her much scope for acting and showcasing her talent.
