Urvasi - Manoj fight for daughter's custody

Ernakulam family court has sent notice to actress Urvasi to submit an affidavit with regard to the case of fixing the custodian of her daughter Kunjatta (Theja Lakshmi). Her estranged husband Manoj K. Jayan in his petition had informed the court that Urvasi was visiting Kunjatta without prior permission intermittently.

Kunjatta is now staying with Manoj. The prayer was filed on May 16, 2008. The court hasd summoned both and had carried out a counselling. However both could not arrive at any conciliation. The divorce decree was awarded months back, by the court in Chennai.
