101 Uruppika progressing at fast pace

101 Uruppika, directed by A. Raju Ambaran is progressing at Cherayi. The story takes place in a village named Manchadikara. Sadasivan, a known broker in that village has a nickname 101 Uruppika. He got the nickname for his peculiar style of dealing things.

He makes contract with anybody for anything with an advance of Rs.101. Thus became the name 101 Uruppika Sadasivan. His daughter Nandini loves Kannan, a guy from the same village. During this period, superstar Sathyanath arrives. His aim is to acquire as much land as possible in that village. 101 Uruppika Sadasivan entertains him the most.

Jagathy plays the role of Sadasivan and Suraj as Sathyanath. Sruthi Lakshmi dons the role of Nandini and Saiju Kurup as Kannan. Rajesh Thirumala has penned the lyrics and Raghu Lathi has scored the music. Rajukrishna cranks the camera. Mujeeb Edavanna is producing it under the banner of Edavanna Films.
