Four Friends takes off with a pooja

Young Malayalam film director Saji Surendran is ready to start shooting of his latest movie Four Friends. Recently, the unit performed pooja for the film, which took place at the Avenue Centre in Kochi. Renowned Malayalm film director Joshi was present to light the ceremonial lamp.

Tomichan Mulakupadam is producing the film under the banner of Mulakupadam films. The lead actors of Four Friends Jayasuriya, Jayaram, Kunchakko Boban and Meera Jasmine were also present at the occasion. They were accompanied by the producer Milan Jaleel, Siddhique and Anoop Menon. The scriptwriter Krishna Poojappura also attended the pooja.

Saji was a popular tele-serial director earlier, who ventured into the films with the entertaining comic movie Ivar Vivahitharayal. He also starred in the lead. He has made another film titled Happy Husbands, which was inspired by the Bollywood film No Entry.

Earlier, Saji Surendran has directed the extremely popular serials like 'Madhavam" and 'Alipazham".
