Nayantara turns to do art films

Nayantara really is trying hard to be a versatile actress. She will be shedding her glam girl image to be part of director Shyamaprasad"s art film, Electra. The adaptation of a Greek play, Electra will have Nayantara playing Electra Alexander. The male lead of the film is rumoured to be Tamil actor Aarya. If that is true, Electra will be Aarya"s Malayalam debut.

The film will be produced by Vindhayan. The remaining details are yet to be revealed.
