Director Priya Nandanan takes up acting

It has now come to light that art movie director Priya Nandanan would be debuting as an actor in the movie Thoramazhayathu. It has also been revealed that he always had secretly desired to act in a movie and now his 'desire" is about to become real. It is being directed by Priya Nandanan's assistant Harihardas.

Priya Nandanan had earlier done a small roles in a couple of movies, however this would be the first time that he would be featuring as the lead character. The film is based on a story penned by C V Balakrishnan and has the same moniker.

Thoramazhayathu is going to be a short film spanning just more than ten minutes and it has also been announced that it would be using the element of rain extensively as a backdrop in every frame. Kumari Jayashree Shivadas would play the other significant character in the film.
