Sakudumbam Shyamala opens in 60 theatres

Malayalam film Sakudumbam Shyamala starring Kunchacko Boban, Urvashi, and Bhama is releasing in 60 screens all over Kerala. Central pictures, one of the distribution firms of the Malayalam film industry, is distributing the movie, which is said to be a humorous family drama. Krishna Poojappura has penned the script of the movie, which has Urvashi in the title role. The family audience is expected to love the movie.

Urvashi will play a greedy and dominating mother of Kunchacko Boban"s character. Shyamala gets into politics all of a sudden and becomes the minister of the state. She wants her son to marry a rich man"s daughter but he is in love with his colleague Vandana played by Bhama, a girl from a middle class family.

Debutant director Radhakrishnan Mangalathu, who is known for directing popular TV serials, has directed the movie. S. Gopakumar has produced Sakudumbam Shyamala under the banner of Kunchuveettil films.
