Vadivelu to enter Malayalam with Lucky Jokers

A host of Tamil actors like Parthiban, Sarathkumar, Samuthirakani have already forayed into Malayalam film industry. Now, the latest to enter the club of such stars is the No. 1 Tamil comedian. Yes! it is none other than Vadivelu. According to reports, he is all set to enter Mollywood with the mega budget movie Lucky Jokers, which will be produced by V Ravichandran under the banner Aascar Films.

Lucky Jokers, as the name itself suggests, is a comedy thriller. Saju Kodiyan has penned the story for the film, which is directed by Sunil. Tamil actor Prasanna will play the lead role, while Vadivelu appears in an important comedy role. Madhu, Jagathy, Nazeer and Harishree Ashokan are in other important roles.

However, Dasavatharam fame V Ravichandran is known for producing big-budget movies. Now, Lucky Jokers will be his maiden production in Malayalam. The producer is said to have confirmed the shooting locations preferred by the filmmaker. Sources claim that the film will be shot in locations of Nepal and Malaysia apart from Trivandrum.
