Yugapurushan, Vijay's best performance

Yugapurushan, a biopic on Narayanaguru, has one of Tamil artiste Thalaivasal Vijay"s best performances. Narayanaguru is a social reformer who lived in Kerala. Vijay"s performance is being appreciated and audiences are impressed by Vijay"s act as the guru. He has been liked so much that he may now be called Yugapurushan Vijay in Kerala.

The film was earlier supposed to be done by Mammootty who backed out as he felt his performance in the movie would be overshadowed by his superstar status.
