Mammootty to clash with Mohanlal on December 16, 2011

Mammootty"s Venicile Vyapari and Mohanlal"s Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nairum will release on the same day – December 16, 2011.

There will be tough competition on December 16th between Mollywood's two superstars – Mammootty and Mohanlal. It was earlier decided that while Mohanlal"s Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nairum would release on December 16th, Mammootty"s Venicile Vyapari would release on December 23. This way, there would have been a gap of one week between both the big Christmas releases.

However, the plan has now changed. Madhavan Nair of Murali Movies, who is the producer of Venicile Vyapari has confirmed that the film will release on December 16 in approximately 80 screens.

Meanwhile, Seven Arts Vijayakumar, the distributor of Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nairum has also confirmed that his film too will release on December 16 in 80 screens!

Get ready for the biggest clash between the two big superstars in the Malayalam film industry – Mammootty and Mohanlal.
