Nishan starring in Subhash Ghai's Cycle Kick

Malayalam actor Nishan, who has earlier acted in Shyamaprasad's Malayalam film Rithu, is now entering Bollywood film industry. The young star is acting along side Tom Alter in his debut Bollywood movie, which has been titled Cycle Kick. The movie is directed by Shashi Silgudia and produced by Subhash Ghai under the banner Mukta Searchlight Films.

Cycle Kick is about football and Tom Alter is playing a coach. The movie deals with the events in the lives of two brothers that follow a broken bicycle. Nishan is reprising a significant role in it. Ishita Sharma, Girija Oak and Sunny Hinduja are in other star cast. The movie has completed its shooting and is now gearing up to release on May 27, 2011.

Nishan hails from Koorg, Karnataka. He debuted in films through the Telugu movie Manorama with Charmi in 2009. Later, the actor starred in Malayalam movies like Rithu, Apoorvaragam and Ithu Nammude Katha. Now, he has three Mallu films Gramam, Not Out and Lavender and a Telugu flick New have lined up to release in 2011.
