Actress
Nithya
Menon
is
facing
possibilities
of
a
ban
from
Malayalam
Film
industry
following
allegations
of
misbehaving
with
the
producer
of
her
upcoming
film
G
Suresh
Kumar.
It
is
being
alleged
that
Nithya
violated
the
code
of
conduct
by
refusing
to
meet
her
producer
G
Suresh
Kumar
who
had
approached
her
to
discuss
about
the
remake
of
Chattakari.
Instead
of
discussing
with
him,
Nithya
Menon
apparently
assigned
the
task
to
her
manager.
This
did
not
go
down
well
with
G
Suresh
kumar
who
considered
it
as
a
humiliation.
The
producer
has
hence
requested
producers
association
to
ban
Nithya
from
the
industry
pointing
violation
of
code
of
conduct.
However,
Nithya
has
denied
the
allegations.
The
actress
said
that
she
was
extremely
busy
shooting
for
the
film
Thalsamayam
Penkutty
when
Suresh
kumar
came
to
meet
her.
Besides,
Nithya
claimed,
it
was
lunch
time.
So
she
requested
her
manager
to
speak
and
ask
him
to
meet
her
in
the
evening.
According
to
producers
association,
the
practice
of
assigning
managers
to
discuss
issues
with
producers
is
not
allowed
in
Mollywood.
Hence,
she
has
to
face
the
actions
to
be
taken
by
the
association
including
ban.
Nithya
Menon
can
however
act
in
the
projects
already
signed.
