Tamil
actor
Prabhu
Deva,
who
is
entering
Malayalam
films
with
the
movie
Urumi,
has
recently
dubbed
in
his
own
voice
for
the
Malayalam
version
of
director
Santosh
Sivan's
multi-lingual
movie.
The
director
is
very
happy
because
he
completed
his
dubbing
works
in
just
six
hours,
sources
say.
Prabhu
Deva
recently
attended
the
dubbing
work
of
Urumi
at
a
studio
in
Chennai
last
week.
Talking
about
the
dubbing
of
the
film,
he
said
that
he
was
totally
tensed
because
he
was
to
speak
Malabar
dialect
of
Malayalam,
which
was
being
used
400
years
ago.
He
added
that
it
was
really
fun.
The
choreographer-cum-director
was
actually
provided
with
three
days
for
his
dubbing
works
for
the
film
Urumi.
But
Prabhu
surprised
the
entire
team
including
director
Santosh
Sivan
by
taking
minimum
time
to
complete
his
work.
He
just
took
just
one
day
to
finished
it.
However,
Prabhu
is
playing
a
pivotal
role
and
has
also
got
a
song
sequence
with
Nithya
Menon
in
the
film
Urumi.
He
thinks
that
it
would
be
landmark
film
in
his
career.
He
said
that
the
film
is
set
in16th
century.
The
movie
has
been
shot
in
awesome
locations
and
it
will
be
a
visual
treat.
