Veettilekkulla Vazhi win three awards at Imagine Film Fest

Movie Veettilekkulla Vazhi has won three awards at the 10th Imagine India International Film Festival, which was held in Madrid, Spain. The Malayalam film, which was released in October 2010, has bagged top awards like Best Film (BC Joshi), Best Director (Dr. Biju) and Best Music Director (Ramesh Narayan).

Besides direction, BC Joshi has also written the story for the film Veettilekkulla Vazhi, which revolves around a doctor with a haunting past. It is an adventure drama highlighting human relationships. It emphasizes the path of love, survival, innocence and humanity, exploring a bloodstained facet of contemporary terrorism in India.

However, Veettilekkulla Vazhi has won several awards. The movie has also been selected for Zanzibar International Film Festival, London Indian Film Festival and Bollywood and Beyond Film Festival Germany in the competition sections of the respective festivals.
