Kavya Madhavan disappointed for not receiving award for Vellaripravinte Changathi

Kerala: Kavya Madhavan, one of the best actresses in Malayalam cinema recently expressed her disappointment at not receiving the best actress award for the award winning film Vellaripravinte Changathi.

At a recent event, celebrating the success of the film Vellaripravinte Changathi, Kavya Madhavan congratulated all those involved in the making of the film. She said, "I am extremely glad that the film got three state awards for people involved in it - Dileep for Best actor, Shanti master for Best Choreographer and Sudevan for Best Make-up. I congratulate them and wish them many more such achievements. But at the same time, I wish I had won an award for best actress for the film."

Vellaripravinte Changathi starred Dileep, Kavya Madhavan, Indrajith and Manoj K Jayan in the lead.
