Mammootty to be cast in an anthology – See Pics

Superstar Mammootty is part of an anthology which will be screened in next year's Cannnes Film Festival. Padma Kumar, Rajesh Pillai, Shajun Karyal and Salim Ahmed are joining hands in an anthology comprising four featurettes.

Mammootty will be roped in for the upcoming anthology by Padma Kumar. The anthology, titled Centenary of Indian Cinema will comprise of four short films and the length of each of the four films is only forty minutes and each of the stories will be unrelated.

Rajesh's project will have Kunjacko Bobban and Sreenivasan play the lead role while the script will be written by Bobby-Sanjay duo. Shajun's film will have Biju Menon as the lead hero while Salim Ahmed would script for his film which will have Salim Kumar and Fahad Fazil in the lead.

Centenary of Indian Cinema will be produced by Chennai based studio. The producers have asked the directors to complete the movie latest by February 2013.
