Should Mohanlal act his age?

Superstar Mohanlal is undoubtedly one of the most bankable star in Malayalam cinema. Among the many innumerable movies that he has done, majority of the films have been blockbusters. However, after the debacle of Casanova, we can't help but imagine why a quality actor like Mohanlal cannot act his age!

Though senior actors like Mammootty, Mohanlal and Jayaram are criticised for romancing with girls much younger than them in their movies, Mohanlal became the centre point of criticism after the release of Casanova, directed by Roshan Andrews.

The film Padmasree Bharat Dr Saroj Kumar, starring Srinivasan took a humorous dig at many superstars in the Malayalam film industry. The film had also made fun of Mohanlal's paunch.
