Naughty Professor – Movie Preview

Baburaj and Lakshmi Gopalaswami play the lead role in Naughty Professor, directed by Hari Narayanan.

Lakshmi plays the role of an actress turned housewife, who decides to discontinue her acting career to settle down with her professor husband.

Her husband, however feels overshadowed by his wife's fame and name. The twist and turns in their marriage form the crux of the plot. Lakshmi Gopalaswami says that for the first time she is handling a comic role in the film. All these years in movies she has donned sarees and salwars. However, for the first time, she will play a glamorous role.

Speaking to the media about her role in Naughty Professor, Laxmi Gopalaswami said, “I am just exploring, not exposing.” This is the first time she is acting with villain-turned-comedian Baburaj. However, she has appeared in cameo in Baburaj's directorial venture Black Dalia.

Tini Tom, Innocent, Janardhanan, Lena and Malavika form the rest of the star cast in Naughty Professor. Baburaj has penned the screen play, dialogue and story. Kaathal Sandhya also plays an important role in the movie. Jazzy Gift has scored the music for the lyrics penned by Rafeeq Ahmed. Arun Jose and Sreekanth Pillai are producing the movie.
