Nayattu – Movie Preview

After a few years of gap, P Chandra Kumar is back with his directorial venture Nayattu, a road movie thriller. While the first schedule of the film has been completed in Sri Lanka, the second schedule is progressing at Athirapilli with a three days shoot planned at Ernakulam. Chandra Kumar made his debut through the movie Manassu Oru Mayil in 1977.

Nayattu – Story

The story of Nayattu revolves around five youngsters. Anand and Nithya are working with an IT company. They are good friends and are in love, but are unable to express their love to each other.

Emmanuel and Mariya, who are also professionals want to marry. But their parents oppose their relationship. So Anand, Nithya along with other friend Aleena take the initiative and get Emmanuel and Mariya married.

After marriage the five friends plan a journey that lasts for about 16 hours through highway. During the journey, they realise that somebody is following them.

Rahul Madhav plays Anand and Richa Panai essays the role of Nithya. Dr Rony dons the role of Emmanuel and Ayshya (Sri Lankan actress) plays Mariya. Vidya Lakshmi plays Aleena in Nayattu.

Debutant Vaishakh Raveedran has penned the screenplay for Nayattu. The movie is produced under the banner of Thriveni Films. Aniyan Chitrasala is cranking the camera.
