T Damodaran cremated with state honours

Screenplay writer and actor T Damodaran, who died on Wednesday, was cremated at Mavoor Road crematorium in Kozhikode on Thursday, with full state honours. His body kept to pay homage at Kozhikode Town Hall was taken to cremate around 11.30 am.

People from different walks of life reached there to pay tribute to their beloved Damodaran Master. Mammootty and Sreenivasan reached his residence at Meenchantha.

Screenplay writer Ranji Panicker, Liberty Basheer, Sathyan Anthikad, Hariharan, Siddique, Jayaraj, VM Vinu, VM Suveeran, Shajun Karyal, Irshad, Kuttyedathi Vilasini, minister MK Muneer, PV Gangadharan, Kozhikode Narayanan Nair and many other prominent persons reached Kozhikode to pay tribute to their friend.
