People opine on Urvashi-Manoj K Jayan's custody battle

Popular Malayalam film actress Urvashi and Manoj K Jayan's much hyped divorce and custodian case is subject of discussion. Though most people are of the opinion that this is a personal matter and should be resolved within the four walls of the house, readers of Oneindia expressed their opinion on the custody of Urvashi-Manoj's daughter.

Urvashi, whose twelve-year-old daughter Kunjatta (Theja Lakshmi) recently submitted in writing before the family court that she did not want to go with her mother, has decided to file a defamation case against her ex-husband Manoj K Jayan. Manoj had, not so long ago, accused Urvashi of coming drunk to the family court when she came to take her daughter out for shopping.

Here is the take of fans of Urvashi and Manoj K Jayan in regards to who should have the custody of their daughter Kunjatta.

I wont advice kunjatta going with urvashi.All the three ladies (Kalaranjini, Kalpana and Urvasi) in their family are divorced. They are arrogant and egoistic.They destroyed their brother's life also (he died later). His wife alleged that Kalpana played an important role destroying their life (He was her third husband!).

Family courts are biased, Urvasi came to court as drunk, saw everybody on TV. Then court asked for counseling and provided opportunity to her to meet daughter on next day. What will be the case if Manoj K Jayan comes to court as drunk..... Court will direct that Manoj K Jayan should not meet daughter again for one year..... : -) There is an assumption that father will not care their child as mothers do. There are both better dads and better moms. But courts are prejudiced....

urvasi has to get her daughter. That is a normal rule anywhere..Asha is only stepmother of tejalaksmy, she may not care her as urvasi.

Publically we can't say abt their family issue bez we dont know really issue between them- but they have to mutual understand abt their child - good care - bz child mind like flower.

The child should be handover to urvashi only a mother can take care of a child more than her dad.

Better handover this child to urvashi, because......asha is her step mother, it will not be equal to urvashi.
