Veendum Kannur – Movie Preview

The shooting for Veendum Kannur has begun in the district of Kannur. Veendum Kannur, directed by Haridas is a sequel to Kannur, released thirteen years ago.

Story – Veendum Kannur

Veendum Kannur is the story of the protagonist Jaya Krishnan (Anoop Menon), who is working with the Taj Mahal archaeological department in Agra as a guide. He has a very different view of new age politics as compared to his father Maadai Surendran, who is a leader of the left front.

Jayakrishnan meets Radhika (Kaathal Sandhya), who is doing research in an archaeological department. Gradually they fell in love and Jaya Krishnan's life takes a U turn. Sivaji Guruvayur plays the role of Maadai Surendran while Thilakan dons the role of a politician.

KS Irshad, Tini Tom, Ambika Mohan, Manuraj and Zeenath form the supporting role in the movie. Robin Thirumala has penned the screen play for Veendum Kannur.

While Jithu Damodaran is the cinematographer for Veendum Kannur, Robin Thirumala has scored the music for the lyrics penned by Prakash Maranad. Latheef Tirur is producing the movie under the banner of Golden Wings International.
