Aashirwad Movies Bags Mohanlal's Jilla Rights In Kerala!

Jilla is the upcoming Tamil movie by Mohanlal. He plays the role of father of Vijay in the film. The movie has reportedly completed its shooting and will be getting released for Pongal. Latest buzz about the movie is that Antony Perumbavoor has brought the rights of Jilla in Kerala under the banner of Mohanlal's home banner Aashirwaad Movies.

Jilla has already made it to the headlines owing to its cast and crew. Yesteryear actress Poornima Bhagyaraj is also seen playing a pivotal role in the film. She plays wife to Mohanlal in the movie. Vijay plays an adopted son to Mohanlal in the movie. If sources are to be believed, the movie Jilla will turn out to be another Blockbuster for both the actors as well as with respect to financial earning.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal, who has not got any releases after his Ladies And Gentlemen, will be back with a bang. The actor is gearing up with 14 releases for next year. His much hyped release Geethanjali has got postponed to November due to technical issues. He plays the role of Dr Sunny in this movie. Another hyped movie is Drishyam, directed by Jeethu Joseph, the director who is basking in the success of his last release Memories. Meena plays Mohanlal's wife in this movie.
