All is well for Namitha!

Namitha Pramod made her debut with a small but significant role in the movie Traffic. After that she did the major role in Sathyan Anthikkad movie Puthiya Theerangal opposite Nivin Pauly and in Sound Thoma opposite Dileep. Now she is back opposite Kunchacko Boban in the movie Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum.

Directed by Lal Jose, the movie is all about the social issues in Kuttanad, linking it to the life of a hapless man. Namitha is seen as Kainakkari Jayasree, a classical dancer in Kuttanad. She helps Chakkattutharayil Gopan (Kunchacko Boban), owner of a houseboat, by performing on his boat to attract foreigners. Thus, they fall in love. This is the plot of the story.

Namitha Pramod started off her career in small screens. She did quite a number of roles in serials like Ente Manasaputhri (Anjali), Vellankanni Mathavu (Mathavu), Amme Devi (Devi), etc.

She has been already signed up for a Tamil flick titled En Kaathal Puthithu. It seems that more opportunities are on the cards for her. All we have to see if she is to stay back in Mollywood or will fly to other industries like others.
