Andrea Jeremiah, Nithya Menon in race to romance Asif Ali

Thiruvananthapuram: A few Malayalam romantic movies like Ustad Hotel, Thattathin Marayathu and Bavuttiyude Namathil have already explored the vicinity, culture, food and music of Malabar. Now, director Anil Narayanan is all set to bring them again on screen through his upcoming movie To Noor With Love. The director has already cast Asif Ali for male lead and is considering the names of Andrea Jeremiah, Nithya Menon for the female lead in it.

To Noor With Love, which a love story set in Malabar, is all about a rich boy Shah Jahan, who is born into a business family, but is more inclined towards music. He embarks on a research to explore the music and culture of Malabar. Writer GS Anil has penned the script for this romantic entertainer. Asif Ali is touted to play the role of Shah Jahan.

The buzz in the Mollywood is that Andrea Jeremiah and Nithya Menon are being considered for the title role - Noor in the movie To Noor With Love. Reports suggest that the director is currently in talks with these two hot actresses. He is said to finalise one of two depending on the availability of the dates and make an official announcement about the female lead.

To Noor With Love, which is based on a story of CH Mohammed, is produced by Anilkumar Kizhpunnathu under the banner of Brosh International. Joy Mathew, Shekar Menon and Miya are in the supporting cast. Mohan Sithara will compose the music for the movie, which is expected to go on floors in Calicut in August.
