Big B Prequel? I Don't Know, Says Amal Neerad

Yesterday rumours were taking rounds stating that director Amal Neerad is all set to make a prequel to his earlier movie Big B which had Mammootty playing the lead. The megastar essayed the role of Bilal, a goonda, who comes from Mumbai to take revenge on his mother's murderers. Now, Amal Neerad has come forward slamming the reports.

News claimed that Amal Neerad will be making a prequel to the movie Big B, where he will say the story of Bilal. In Big B, Mammootty was introduced as a goonda in Mumbai. Rumours said that the prequel will highlight what Bilal was in Mumbai.

Now, Amal Neerad is surprise indeed as he is not aware of such a plan! He says, "Big B 2? I don't know. The news that have come out is wrong. I am not making a sequel to the movie. Currently I am busy with the work of another project which will get over by January."

Now, the question arises is that is Amal referring to Kunjali Marakkar? The director had announced that he is planning to do the same movie with Mammootty in the lead and also confirmed that he has already begun the script work for the film. If this is true, then the Kunjali Marakkar movie will soon go on floors.
