Confirmed: Neither Ajith Kumar Nor Vijay In Mammootty's The Gangster!

Rumours were doing rounds stating that Illayathalapathy Vijay and Ajith Kumar are a part of the upcoming Mammootty starrer movie The Gangster. No comments were made by the crew of the movie, slamming the news. But, now the fans of the actor has confirmed the news that The Gangster is solely Mammootty's flick!

At first, it was reported that Tamil actor Vijay will be sharing the screen space with Mammootty in The Gangster. News claimed that Vijay will be seen performing a dance in the movie. Later, the news was slammed. Then came reports stating that it is not Vijay, but it will be Thala Ajith to be seen in The Gangster.

Reports also stated that Ajith will be playing a pivotal role along with Mammootty in the movie. As the title suggests, the movie will see Mammootty playing the role of a don. It was reported that Rima Kallingal will be playing the female lead in this movie. Now, it has been rumoured to be played by Nyla Usha, who was earlier seen along with Mammootty in Kunjananthante Kada.

The Gangster will start rolling from December 27. Directed by Aashiq Abu, the movie is a thriller. Mammootty will be joining the sets of the film on January 5, once he completes the shoot of the movie progressing in Pala.
