Dileep's Ee Parakkum Thalika To Get A Sequel?

Ee Parakkum Thalika was one of the highest grossing Malayalam films of 2001. The movie starred Dileep in the lead role. Nithya Das made her debut in the industry with this movie. It was directed by Thaha and written by VR Gopalakrishnan. Now the latest buzz is that Ee Parakkum Thalika is getting its sequel.

Ee Parakkum Thalika was the story of a bankrupt bus owner Unnikrishnan (Dileep) and his assistant Sundareshan (Harisree Ashokan) who lived and slept in their bus. Their lives took a turn with the entry of a mysterious tribal girl (Nithya Das).

Dileep was very much appreciated for his performance in this film. Harisree Ashokan and late Cochin Haneefa also won accolades for their roles. Now Dileep, as an actor, has reached his stardom and is one of the most successful star in the industry. Ee Parakkum Thalika played a key role in aiding the star to graph a successful career.

Now the director of the movie is all set to make a sequel to Ee Parakkum Thalika. The earlier version was a complete comedy-family entertainer. The cast and crew of the sequel is yet to be decided.
