Kamal Hassan To Direct Mammootty?

Mohanlal's re-entry to Kollywood was the talk of the town in Mollywood recently. Mohanlal will be playing a pivotal role in the upcoming movie Jilla along with Illayathalapathy Vijay. Now, this news will soon go off air as the other Mollywood superstar Mammootty has geared up for a Tamil movie. And guess what, he will be seen in a Kamal Hassan directed film!

If reports are to be believed, Mammootty will soon sign a Tamil movie which will be directed by Kamal Hassan. Kamal will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the film. The movie is yet to be tiltled. The film will be produced by Lingusamy. Kajal Aggarwal is said to play the female lead in the film.

The movie is expected to have 100 crore budget, says the producer. Shantanu Bhagyaraj and Vijay Sethupathi are also rumoured to be a part of the film. Mammootty and Kamal Hassan are going to share the screen for the first time. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be composing the music for the film. Mammootty is not new to Kollywood and was seen in many earlier movies including Dalapathy along with Rajinikanth and Kandu Kondein Kandu Kondein along with Ajith Kumar.

Mammootty as well as Kamal Hassan are currently busy with the shooting of their respective movies. The shooting of this movie is expected to kick start soon after Kamal Hassan completes the work of his Vishwaroopam 2.
