Meena's Double Delight

Meena, one of the profound actresses in the industry, is in for a double delight. The actress who was keeping away from the industry since her marriage, is all set to make a re-entry. And guess what, she has signed two films of Mohanlal and Mammootty.

Meena will be seen playing the role of wife to Mohanlal in Dhrishyam. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, she will be portraying the role of a mother of two daughters, of which the elder is pursuing her plus two. Many actresses were approached by the director to play the role. But at last, the search ended up with Meena. Mohanlal and Meena have already paired in seven movies and this will be their eighth movie.

Another delight for the actress is that she will be essaying the role of Mammootty's mother in the upcoming movie Balyakalasakhi. Directed by Pramod Payyannur, the movie is based on the novel Balyakalasakhi written by late Vaikom Muhammed Basheer. Isha Talwar plays the female lead in this movie. Mammootty is seen playing double role in this film. This is the first time Meena will be seen playing the role of Mammootty's mother.

Meena was busy anchoring reality shows and was also a judge for various shows in television. The actress is now making a comeback and hope that the two movies with the two superstars are indeed going to boost up her career.
